Our core product is kept deliberately narrow: one formulation, from one manufacturer, in controlled lots — so the vial your lab reorders matches the one before it.
That is what “shop the COA” means in practice. We don’t run the facility or the laboratory, so we don’t ask anyone to take our word for the product: the figures we quote come from the certificate or the printed label, and where a document is silent, so are we.
We don’t advise on applications. We stock clean, documented, research-use-only product and keep the paperwork easy to find — including the parts of it that are somebody else’s work rather than ours.

What we do — and what we don’t
We do not manufacture, fill, or test this product. A third-party facility makes and fills each lot, and an independent laboratory tests it; our part of the chain begins once the finished, sealed stock reaches us.

How we source it
Where the product comes from, and who does what

Made by a third-party facility
The product is manufactured and filled by a third-party facility, not by us. We buy it finished and sealed, and we do not alter, repackage, or relabel it.

Released as controlled lots
The manufacturer fills and releases it as controlled production lots, so what you receive is traceable to the code printed on the label.

Tested by an independent laboratory
Each lot is analysed by an independent laboratory before release. We commission no testing of our own and report none — we publish the laboratory's certificate as it was issued.

Stocked and shipped by us
What we do is hold stock, check the lot code against its published certificate, and ship it. Orders ship from the lot whose COA is published — never from odd stock.
Keep at controlled room temperature, 20 °C to 25 °C, away from strong light. Do not freeze, and do not leave vials in excessive heat.

Each certificate is tied to a single lot code. Check it against the code printed on your vial’s label: when the two match, the results on the certificate describe the vials on your bench, not an earlier batch.
