Product questions
Composition, vial format, storage conditions and packaging are documented on the product page, and the most common questions are answered in the FAQ.
Verifying a lot
Match the code printed on your vial label against the published certificate in the COA library. The laboratory’s certificate number and verification code are printed on the document so results can be checked at source.
Orders and delivery
Carriers, tracking, packaging and what happens with a damaged or missing shipment are set out under shipping & returns.
Wholesale
Orders of 200 vials or more go through the wholesale flow rather than the standard pack pricing. Volume pricing is confirmed per order.
